CalProof is a product of Crocker Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17008789). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What data we collect
- Email address — collected when you join the waitlist.
- Analytics data — collected via GoatCounter, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. GoatCounter records page views, referrer, browser, and screen size in aggregate — no IP addresses, no fingerprinting.
Why we collect it
- Waitlist email: To notify you when CalProof launches and provide launch-day pricing information.
- Analytics: To understand how visitors use this site and improve our content.
How we store it
Waitlist data is stored in a secure database hosted by Netlify. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We retain your email until the product launches or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with third parties. GoatCounter is a privacy-focused analytics service that collects no personal data and does not share data with any third party.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data.
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
